FAQs

Do you bill insurance?

I am currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, Oscar Health, Oxford, UMR and United Healthcare and will bill services through Headway.

Otherwise, services are private pay and are not billed to insurance. I am happy to provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

What payment methods do you accept?

A credit/debit card is maintained on file and payment is due to the time of your session.

I need to cancel or reschedule, is there a fee ?

Appointments not cancelled with 24 hour notice are charged at full amount of the scheduled service.

Can we meet via Telehealth?

Telehealth is a wonderful way to connect when we otherwise could not. If clinically appropriate, telehealth may be utilized when necessary. Please note sometimes insurance coverage with Telehealth differs from in person office visits.

I live outside of North Carolina, can we work together?

Current legislation does not allow me to work with clients outside North Carolina.
